Lucky 48 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lucky 48 ("Lucky 48", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Lucky 48 operates as an online gaming platform accessible at https://lucky48.bet, offering games including but not limited to Teen Patti, Crash Games, Fishing Games, Live Casino, and Slots.

By completing the Lucky 48 registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Lucky 48 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full;
• You understand and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the Lucky 48 platform. Continued use of Lucky 48 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Lucky 48 is strictly restricted to players aged 18 years or older. Registering a Lucky 48 account is a declaration that you meet this age requirement. Lucky 48 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including during the withdrawal process. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned to the payment method used for deposit after deducting applicable processing costs.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Lucky 48 is intended for players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of Lucky 48 is lawful in their jurisdiction. Lucky 48 does not provide legal advice on local gaming laws. 2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one Lucky 48 account only. This applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Lucky 48 actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed;
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be voided;
• Real-money balances deposited by the player may be returned at Lucky 48's discretion after investigation.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky 48 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Lucky 48 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Lucky 48 account, contact support immediately at support@lucky48.bet — we will suspend the account pending investigation without delay.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Lucky 48 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with industry standards. You may be required to provide identity documents (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification requests are typically completed within 24 hours. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your Lucky 48 account at any time by contacting support. Where a voluntary closure is requested, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after pending wager settlement. Lucky 48 may also close accounts that breach these Terms, remain inactive for an extended period, or are flagged during regulatory compliance reviews.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Lucky 48 will notify the account holder before applying any inactivity policy. After notification, a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Accounts cannot be permanently deleted while carrying a positive balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Lucky 48 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals from Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees applied by Lucky 48.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits are credited to your Lucky 48 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Lucky 48 does not charge deposit fees. Processing fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.
• Standard accounts: withdrawals processed within 15 minutes during business hours.
• VIP Gold accounts: withdrawals processed within 5 minutes, around the clock.
• VIP Platinum accounts: instant withdrawal processing, no queue.
• Withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification for new accounts or large withdrawal amounts.
• Lucky 48 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal over Rs 50,000.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Linked Funds

Funds derived from bonus promotions are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus-linked funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. VIP cashback credited under the Lucky 48 VIP Club programme is an exception — it carries no wagering requirements and is withdrawable immediately upon credit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Lucky 48 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds at Lucky 48 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for Lucky 48 reload bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 20,000 in total bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus activation, after which unused bonus funds will expire.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Lucky 48 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is activated by the player.
• Players who self-exclude or apply responsible gaming limits may have bonus eligibility adjusted or suspended in the interests of player protection.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

5.4 Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a Lucky 48 promotion carry a standard value of Rs 10 per spin unless otherwise specified. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.5 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback earned through the Lucky 48 VIP Club programme is credited as real-money PKR balance with no wagering requirements attached. Cashback percentages and eligibility are governed by the VIP Club terms set out in Section 7 and on the VIP Club page.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All Lucky 48 games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for randomness and fairness. Lucky 48 does not manipulate game outcomes. The result of each game round is determined solely by the RNG, independent of previous results, bet sizes, or any other player behaviour.

6.2 Displaying Game Information

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a Lucky 48 session, the affected game round will be voided and any stake associated with that round will be returned to the player's balance. 7. VIP Club Terms

7.1 Enrolment

All Lucky 48 registered players are automatically enrolled in the VIP Club from their first confirmed bet. There is no application process, no minimum deposit requirement to activate VIP membership, and no opt-in required. Bronze tier is the starting level for all players.

7.2 Tier Structure & Points

The Lucky 48 VIP Club operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier progression is based on the accumulation of VIP Points earned from settled real-money bets. Points earn rates and tier thresholds are published on the VIP Club page. Lucky 48 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and earn rates with reasonable notice to players.

7.3 Tier Maintenance

Tier status is evaluated on a rolling monthly basis. Players are required to meet a minimum activity threshold to maintain their current tier. Failure to meet the maintenance threshold results in a one-tier downgrade at the end of the evaluation month. Lucky 48 will notify players by in-platform message before any downgrade takes effect. Players will not be downgraded by more than one tier per evaluation month.

7.4 VIP Cashback

Weekly VIP cashback is credited to player balances each Monday for the preceding week's play. Cashback is calculated on net losses (losses minus wins) during the qualifying period at the player's cashback rate for their tier. Cashback is credited as real PKR balance with no wagering requirements. Cashback is not calculated on bonus-funded play.

7.5 VIP Benefit Modifications

Lucky 48 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any VIP Club benefit with 30 days' notice to affected players. Accumulated VIP Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash directly. VIP tier status is non-transferable.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing your Lucky 48 account access with any other person;
• Manipulating game outcomes through any technical or social means.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky 48 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, logos, text, interface design, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Lucky 48 or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Lucky 48 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Lucky 48 content without prior written permission;
• Use the Lucky 48 brand name, logo, or game content in any external publication, social media post, or commercial context without written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Lucky 48 software or game.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lucky 48 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from outages, errors, or technical failures at all times. Lucky 48's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• Lucky 48 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform;
• Lucky 48's maximum liability to any single player in any calendar month is limited to the amount deposited by that player in that month;
• Lucky 48 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain their account security;
• Lucky 48 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures at third-party payment providers or telecommunications networks;
• Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky 48's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

Lucky 48 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be applied without prior notice. Continued use of the Lucky 48 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lucky 48 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through Lucky 48's internal dispute resolution process (see Section 13) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
